What is Craniosacal Therapy?

Craniosacal therapy supports and promotes overall health in the body. With it’s roots in the field of osteopathy, this light touch therapy offers a gentle yet powerful way of supporting the body’s own innate capacity to re-balance, self-repair and heal.

This relational body-led therapy is met by the practitioner facilitating the clients ‘whole’ body to deeply rest through safety and skilful touch. The practitioner works closely by ‘listening in’ to the central nervous system as well as all the supporting physiological systems to deepen into a state of relaxation and restoration where imprint patterns that are causing imbalances and hinderances in the body begin to soften and expand - freeing it up from imbalances such as stress and chronic pain, as the body orientates towards it’s natural expression of health and wholeness.

Craniosacal therapy helps to increase vitality, expansion and freedom, not only supporting physical conditions, but also influencing the emotional and spiritual bodies as well. It’s benefits promotes an overall sense of well-being; from strengthening and re-storing all bodily systems to run efficiently, to developing and improving interpersonal relationship.
